The house is equipped with solar panels, so the electricity bill is usually minimal. The tenant is responsible for paying it, but unless the air conditioning is used heavily it rarely amounts to more than a few dollars a month. A large stationary tank full of gas is included with the rental; once that tank runs out, the tenant is responsible for buying more. City water is included, though the tenant pays for any water delivery truck (pipa) service. High speed internet is provided by Izzi, and tenants are required to pay for it by bank transfer.
